Welcome to Go Practice Music ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Go Practice Music mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
App Description & License
Go Practice Music is a music practice application that provides note reading exercises, rhythm training, practice tracking, and metronome features. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Subscription Terms
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Management: You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your App Store account settings.
- Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.
- Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy.
User Accounts & Responsibilities
- Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.
- Content: You retain ownership of your practice recordings and data.
- Prohibited Activities: You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
Intellectual Property
- App Ownership: The App and its content are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
- User Content: You retain rights to your practice recordings and data.
- License Grant: You grant us a license to use your data to provide and improve the service.
- Trademarks: Go Practice Music and related trademarks are our property.
Privacy & Data
Your privacy is very important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Service Availability & Updates
- Service Changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.
- Updates: We may release updates to improve functionality and security.
- Compatibility: Updates may require newer operating system versions.
- Maintenance: We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
Disclaimers & Limitations
- No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
- Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
Termination
- Your Rights: You may stop using the App at any time.
- Our Rights: We may terminate your access for violations of these Terms.
- Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
- Data Retention: We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
